 Almost
4 years ago I injured my shoulder and
rotator cuff working in my landscaping
business. My shoulder and arm was weak
and I had constant pain. I had several
steroid injections that only gave a
few days relief and added 20 pounds
of weight. The doctors advised surgery.

I am diabetic and I was scheduled to
have my leg amputated because of bad

| My
“pinkie” finger was gangrenous
(black, swollen and yucky) and I was
scheduled to have half of my hand amputated.
My diabetes had caused it. I heard about
chelation therapy and read about it.
Because of my bad diabetes Dr. Setzler
used I.V. phospholipids (he called it
PLAQUE-X). After 30 treatments I could
wear my “pinkie” ring again!
I have complete use of my hand and finger
to this day. I do not know why insurance

| My
wife had fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue.
